Flying out of Heathrow to Seattle with a family we hit a probl;em with esta docs not coming through in time for two of our party. Check in staff were very understanding holding to the very last minute when the flight closed to see is the docs came through. (They did five minutes later!) We were on the basic economy pricing, no refunds, no transfers etc however Alaska booked those who missed the flight on to the next available one. Great customer service.

Missed our flight and they helped get back on track and didn’t charge extra from now on only flying alaska

Easy to get ahold of customer service via text option or phone call. Accomodating to change flight and help get me to my final destination. Good communication.

Great experience from Austin to Seattle from check in through baggage pickup. Seats on the plane were great. Best flight experience in years.

This was last year, but I decided to book with them because they had cheaper prices compared to other airlines, and I had such a great experience. Booking online was a breeze. Easy to check in my baggage at the airport and find my gate. However, I wasn't a fan of the seats in the back of the plane as I did hurt my knee getting in and out because it was so small of a space. I do plan on flying with them again in a few months. If you're a tall person, I would suggest booking main or first class.

Great customer services and handle enquiry very well. Happy with their wifi and cabin layout.

I recently flew from ANC to LAS. I am a single mother with three young girls. The flight was perfect and my daughters enjoyed the ice cream and cookies from the flight crew. They always make us feel like we are part of the family. When the flight landed we got a free voucher to our resort. Thanks again Alaska Airlines for always showing us Aloha!

Alaska Airlines is one of the very few airlines in the US that actually cares about its customers.
