Having used a third party booking site, I had a(n approximate $110) credit for a flight I couldn't use last year. The credit was set to expire in June of this year. I wrote to Alaska on facebook. I explained that due to Covid being ongoing, etc., I may not be able to use that credit and kindly asked if there's a way to extend the expiration date. Not only did Alaska respond immediately, they also extended the credit for many months. The messages they sent were friendly, helpful, and what customer service ought to be. In the past I've only flown with them once on an ordinary flight. I'm quite impressed with how they handled my request.

on my flt#AS2371 the flight attendants(Kevin Johnston &Trinity Kiel) were very professional & attentive. They made the flight very enjoyable, above the norm. In the future, I would consider them in making my plans to arrange my flights.

I booked with them and had to cancel the flight due to Corona restrictions. It has been the only airline out of 8 airlines I had recently tickets from, which reacted quickly and refunded the ticket price within a few days. Excellent!

I flew Alaska air most of the time ans they gave the best service some time they just give me free inflight upgrade thats the thing i love about alaska

On two occasions Alaska air have answered their phone within a few rings and offered a full refund for two different cancelled flights. I didn’t want vouchers as I have no idea when I will get to the USA but I will definitely be using Alaskaair especially given the problems I have had with Flairair.

Compared to my recent experiences with other airlines, I've been very happy with Alaska's service and handling of issues during the COVID-19 crisis. I had to rebook/cancel flights with them a couple times and they accommodated me quickly and professionally. I'm a frequent traveler and will continue to give Alaska my business assuming they continue to offer good service.
