Flew with them from NYC - SFO and SFO-LAS in April 2022, both flights were on time, baggage payment was smooth, counter lady allowed 2-3lbs extra in the checked bag. I can recommend them

Have flown in the last week in premium from las vegas to San Francisco and first from san fran to seattle and both flights were awesome. The service at the airport and on the plane was great and legroom amazing. The food and drink service in first couldn’t be better. Cant wait to fly again.

I fly Alaska Airlines almost exclusively in the US. Their loyalty program, Mileage Plan is so generous, and the perks are incredible. Alaska is the gold standard. If you are willing to pay for a first-class experience with customer service to back it up and no drama, this is the airline for you.

I travel often. I have never had any problems with Alaska Airlines. My #1 choice for air travel. Highly recommend to my family and friends.

Living in Spokane for the past 10 years, I have flown almost exclusively on Alaska Airlines, even if it's just a shuttle flight to a connecting airport. Rarely have there been any issues out of the ordinary (COVID schedule changes, weather, etc.) Whenever there is an issue, they step up to the plate and make it right. Staff is usually very pleasant to deal with, sympathetic to our situation, and extremely helpful. One flight from Hawaii to Seattle had mechanical issues and we ended up arriving four hours late - at 1:30am. Missed our connection back to Spokane. We were in need of our bags but were told most employees had left for the night. The person in baggage claim called a supervisor down who explained that there were hundreds of bags stored for morning flights and there was no one available to sort through them all to find ours. Somehow, he was able to get someone to go 'behind the scene' and locate our two bags. He was a a real life saver that night. There have been other examples over the years, but mostly, traveling with Alaska is an effortless and enjoyable experience.

The best of the best. Clean. Kind. Safe. I will ALWAYS fly Alaska if I can.

As an Alaskan becoming a million mile flyer is expected eventually. I have reached that milestone with Alaska Airlines. I have to say thank you to the dedicated staff on and off the airplane. It's hard to fly alot, and demanding on a large frame body. Alaska airlines always knows that. Let this be my record of how much I can appreciate being appreciated by Alaska Airline ! I will forever be a loyal customer

Alaska Airlines is a solid airline with extensive customer service. Travel issues are bound to happen but when I fly with Alaska I know they will do the best they can to mitigate dissatisfaction. Better than any other airline in terms of cancellations, trip changes, upgrades, and general customer service.
