Worst flight I ever fly with my family. Short notification that was given to us. This airline ruined our memorial vacation time with family. Be aware they will change the flight times that was given to the tickets. We arrived 3 hours early before the departure time since we didn't want to miss this flight however, the flight time has changed with only one hour email notification..

An error on the part of Alaska Airlines and Bank of America left more miles in my account than apparently should have been there, and we used that to purchase a ticket as we have done many times in the past. Right before the trip they cancel the ticket and are willing to "work with me" to re-book the trip for one of the tickets. The itinerary is inconvenient and the price is basically full fare. Card is cut up, we will be with Delta or United from here on out.
