Flew from Dallas to San Fransisco and i really enjoyed the flight. In comparison to Frontier the seats on economy class were spacious and good to use. The flight attendants were very helpful overall this was superior to that of spirit airways and frontier .

Alaska Airlines has always treated me well, they are my favorite airline for travel out of Maui, Hawaii to anywhere they fly. These guys have been to over backwards during Covid to maintain my MVP status, even though I did not travel much during the Pandemic. I love the extra considerations that go into account for Alaska Airlines to take care of their customers. I will recommend this airline to friends and family.

We had a fantastic experience with Alaska Airlines in January. Unfortunately (due to our own fault) we missed our flight to Hawaii from San Francisco. Alaska Airlines staff Marilyn and Danica from San Fran couldn’t have been more helpful. They spent ages assisting us with rebooking flights (despite their already heavy workload), ensuring we wouldn’t miss our later connecting flight and even suggesting hotels, going well above and beyond any service expected. Marilyn and Danica - thank you so much for your help. You are a credit to the airline.

Wrote a bad review in the past about flight from SFO - EWR O.K. everything was not easy when the Alaska Airlines and with Fedex lost my baggage twice! Had difficulty, no reply with Baggage Service. But finaly! They were realy good, understood the dilemma troubel. They replied and reimbursed for all the cost. Thank you Alaska Airlines you gave me back the trust in your service. Thank you for understanding the frustration I had. I think you are doing better then other Airlines who try to sit out problems. I will happiely fly with you again knowing that there are people who realy care. Thank you very much Johann

Lovely staff, friendly and helpful. The dispatcher at Fairbanks was just brilliant!!

Never had a bad experience with Alaska. Always been my choice of travel. Recently, I booked a flight through American Airlines, and it truly made me appreciate Alaska Airlines. Night and day when it comes to experience and service.

Definitely worth upgrading to first class! We flew Alaska Airlines from Seattle to Fairbanks in mid-July, and had a fantastic experience from start to finish. We'd upgraded to First Class so had access to the lounge at SeaTac, what a great experience! The welcome host was really friendly, and the complimentary food and drink on offer in the lounge was great. We boarded the flight quickly and the first class attendant (Sandy) was great, so friendly and attentive throughout the flight. The food was delicious, with the gooiest chocolate chip cookies I've ever had! I'd love to fly Alaska again, it's just a shame they don't fly out of the UK!!
