Excellent customer service. Proactive about problems (they know before I do, and they tell me immediately). I have used a few vendors - Alarm Relay really is the best.

When our alarm goes off, Alarm Relay is super quick to call and check on us. When I've set off the alarm accidentally, my phone starts ringing before I can even get to the panel to disarm! Their prices are super low - and they do a great job. Check out their website to understand their pricing structure - they will generally increase the price slightly upon renewal, but they're still competitive.

The price is right and the deal is real. These folks have NEVER had a misstep in monitoring my home security and always take action promptly. I had two alarm events within one year which both resulted in immediate police responses. Both were false, both my fault and both proved that they really are paying attention. Alarm Relay is the company you keep. Frankly I never doubted them from the start despite their "alarming" price. Take a chance, people. That's what I did.
