Alarm RelayReviews of alarmrelay.com

Great protection of our home. The alarm is very easy to use and the price is great. We would recommend Alarm Relay to anyone.

I have had their service now for 10 months. Their service is excellent. We have set the alarm off a few times by accident and they have called us within 15 to 30 seconds. Even if we deactivated the alarm, they still call. Their smart phone app is excellent and fast and included in their very low monitoring fee! Their equipment is excellent very competitively priced. Very easy for anyone to set up - they guide you through each door or window detector. They do all the programing from their location. Highly recommend them.

Cost is minimal, compared to other companies. Setup was simple. They have called within 2 minutes whenever I have set my alarm off accidentally, proving that in a real emergency the response would be swift. Very reliable.

Prior to being with Alarm Relay I had monitoring service with three other companies. Neither of these companies even came close to the quality of service I have received from Alarm Relay. I especially like having their monitoring service 24 hours a day/ 7 days a week being done by a US based center. I have been with them for a number of years and they have never failed to provide anything but 5 star service.

Great company. I have used them for years.

I enjoy working with Alarm Relay very much. I've been with them for almost 10 years. They are very professional, and when an alarm is received, their callback is almost instantaneous. They always ask for our secret passphrase, which a lot of companies never seem to do. I would highly recommend them, and their prices can't be beat!

I've been using Alarm Relay for a year now. Their price for monitoring is lower than companies in my area. Setup over the phone with the tech was easy. The reps are professional and friendly. I recommend Alarm Relay to anyone that want to save some money or is looking for a different monitoring company.

So far(1 Year) no problems.
