Alarm Relay’s service has been top notch as long as I have been a customer (5+ years). They are also amazingly affordable.

We changed our cellular alarm monitoring for our DMP system when our contract elapsed with our old company. It’s been about a year since we signed up with Alarm Relay. The service has been good and we are saving money without having a long term contact. The downside is if you need a person to come out and repair the system. Alarm Relay does not have techs in my area , but I’m comfortable working on the system myself.

I have had Alarm Relay for just over 1 year. We have had a few false alarms due to construction dust in the house. They would be calling me within a minute to confirm password and status of the alarm. They were very helpful when I did the change over which I had a few equipment problems. I have recommended them to friends.

I think you have a great service, only thing is operators need to read account notes before calling clients. I frequently get calls for alarm triggered and than canceled. i only want calls for non-deactivation alarms.
