I have been an Alarmgrid customer for more than 10 years and 4 systems. Every rep I work with when I call, including Darrell K today, is kind, professional and knowledgeable!

We were left without monitoring and a locked IMEI for two days because our dealer (Infinity Security aka Lexar Smart) stopped paying their bills. Nicholas, Joshua and Kalen were on top of it, checking in frequently, and called me as soon as the IMEI was released. I had two locations and the swap to alarm grid was effortless and seamless for both!

I was able to get tech support help with do it yourself installation . He walked me thru the setup. I had help from family with setup running cables because I didn't want wireless because all my network is hardwired. Plus it helped that I and family had network experience for the wired install. It would be easy for a do it yourself person for a wireless install. My Tech support was Darrell Kittle
