I have been an AlarmGrid customer for well over seven years now. I can't say enough about the service and customer support they have provided to me and my family over the meany years of service with them. I would like to express my many thanks to Darrell K. He has help me on so many occasions with not only programming issues with my security system but of course all so with any problems I may have had with there Central Station! I trust them with not only mine but my Son's very Life Safety! I would NOT have any issues what so ever highly recommending them and there monitoring company to protect your home or business from any type of alarm! Our activation appointment with Darrel K. was very efficient. We have had a security system previously but it was not monitored. Darrel very slowly walked us through the entire process being very patient and explaining how and why the testing was done. I feel very secure having a company like this backing the product we have installed. I highly recommend this company.

I had Kalen's help and he spent a considerable amount of time helping me get my system up and running. He was very knowledgable and had great patience.
