First class operation. My experience with AlarmGrid has been first rate. These guys have their act together. I was thinking of upgrading my older Honeywell Lynxr-EN panel to a Lyric panel but was concerned about compatibility, time and complexity. Jorge reached out to me via chat as I was browsing the site and is clearly an expert. He quickly answered all of my technical questions and sent me some links with further detail. I placed my order and the panel arrived in two days, one day earlier than promised. Within an hour I had the panel installed and all sensors enrolled. The process was smooth due to the technical information and videos AlarmGrid has on their site. Dylan called me precisely at the time I scheduled and we activated the panel for central monitoring in about 20 minutes. In short, panel arrived at 12:30 and by 2:30 it was installed and fully activated. Total Connect 2.0 setup was a breeze. I'm blown away. Things couldn't have gone more smoothly, largely thanks to the support from Jorge and Dylan and the resources AlarmGrid provides on their website.
