Fantastic support for DIY'ers! Provided everything needed to upgrade a land-line Vista-20P to an IP (LTE/internet) based TotalConnect2.0 system. Videos and FAQs on website are very useful and made installation a breeze. Dylan promptly called at the selected appointment time to connect to AlarmGrid, provided clear steps to get things working on my end.

It doesn't get any easier than this. What a great company to sign up with. Dylan took the time to reset up my equipment, which I must have done incorrectly and had my system up and working in less than an hour. I am a person that over researches everything and I did my research on this company. They have exceeded my expectations. Every person I have contacted in this company has been Extraordinary Helpful and professional. Amazing tech support

I have had the Service for 3 years. Not only is the Service great but the Technical Support is Top Notch. Recently worked with Dylan. He had researched the problem, had documentation at hand, and skillfully guided me thru getting my system back up and running. I couldn't have asked for better support. In the past I have worked with Frank, Bryce & Sterling.....Again, they, as Dylan, are at the top of their game........

Worked with Aja this morning to resolve an issue I was having and once again, excellent service from Alarm Grid. I've contacted them several times over the past couple of years, mostly for advise or to get a question answered and every time, the representative was knowledgeable with great people skills. Great service with people who are knowledgeable and care.

I've had nothing but great customer service since I signed up for Alarm Grid. They have been patient w. my various requests and calls. Dylan has been my rep during various requests and he has done an outstanding job going above and beyond. You won't go wrong with Alarm Grid.

A year after installation, I continue to be impressed with the service that Alarm Grid provides. I'm a DIY home installer and they always walk me through the trouble shooting process. I had a couple of window zones that were giving trouble codes of "needs supervision" and after 1.5 hours of Dylan providing the trouble shooting, we determined that it is due to the metal window frames causing the battery in the units to "work harder" creating early battery failure. In order to properly fix, I needed to order new batteries and they will be two days before arrival. So that we didn't continue to get the notifications throughout the night, Dylan showed me how to delete the zone and add back in. Of course I did this when I originally set up the zones but a year later, I had forgotten. I assumed it was a faulty unit and it would have been cheaper and easier for Alarm Grid to simply warranty replace the units but instead, Dylan persevered to get to the bottom of what was causing the failure. I feel comfortable using Alarm Grid solely because of their excellent customer service.
