Great customer service

The truly was a very easy and simplified experience.

The experience for the first delivery was a very negative experience. I received the product before I ever spoke with or saw a doctor and was charged prior to an evaluation by a doctor. Then I received product stamped kept refrigerated that was scorching to the touch, damaged box and in no way safe to administer. Basically I was sent baked pharmaceuticals. Then when I reached out I could not call or resolve the damaged product delivered. I had to create a ticket while the web site was covered with statements that I could not cancel. The ticket created an email that someone would get back to me in 48 hours. I then received an email to write another email to a new address to cancel. The lack of personal service and automation makes a patient feel uncomfortable and not safe to administer or move forward with.

The reason for the 5 stars It was easy to start the weight loss program and having someone from Alan meds available any time to answer any of my questions and concerns. The program that I'm on and my 3rd month I have lost 20 lbs. I walk 30 to one hour a day and I have changed my eating habits. I'm so happy for finding Alan meds. It's just one more step to making my life a happy and healthier one. THANK YOU SO VERY MUCH FOR MAKING ME FEEL BETTER ABOUT MYSELF.JIMMY SNOW
