Our regular monthly includes your telehealth appointment, unlimited access to message with your doctor, compounded medication at any dosage (if prescribed), and access to a portal where you can manage your care plan and track progress.We are actively working with our partners to improve our service. Our number one goal is to provide our customers their medication in a timely and stress free manner and support them in their weight management journey. To prevent any interruptions in your treatment, we schedule billing three weeks after your delivery. This ensures your medication is processed and delivered on time every cycle. We strive to maintain this schedule to support the effectiveness of your healthcare plan.

Our doctors review all information, including external prescriptions if provided, in a patient’s medical intake and issue a prescription based on the information provided. In instances when a prior script is not provided and a patient has not been on a GLP-1 medication for 30 days, our doctors can’t start customers on a high dose. Our doctors follow the titration schedules of the brand name medications.  Your health and satisfaction are our top priorities.
