The wrong medication was sent to me! I didn’t get my semiglutide or my vitamin B! I was sent a vial of choline chloride, cyanocobalamin/inositol/methionine! What the hell! I’m pretty pissed off! Over $500 spent and you can’t get it right! Send my semiglutide asap or refund my money!
