I mainly use AKOOL for AI image generation and image editing. One thing I appreciate is that AKOOL offers an Unlimited Mode for image generation, which helps reduce credit consumption. However, in practice, generating a single image with Seedream can take around 3–4 hours on the Pro plan, and still about 2 hours even on the Pro Max plan. Because of this, I often end up using credit-based generation instead. I feel this became much slower compared to before, since I remember generations previously taking only several dozen minutes. That said, AKOOL still has a major advantage over other services using the same AI models. Compared to other platforms, AKOOL provides a much wider range of expression and creative flexibility, while also producing fewer errors during generation. This is honestly the main reason why I continue using AKOOL. Another issue is that repeated AI image editing can sometimes distort faces or reduce image quality, especially for character images. Fortunately, AKOOL includes a FaceSwap feature, which helps solve this problem in many cases. If I could request one improvement, I would like the credit cost for image FaceSwap to be reduced. Since a 10-second video FaceSwap costs 10 credits, I feel that swapping a single image could reasonably cost around 1 credit. Currently, 4 credits per image feels a little expensive. Overall, despite some frustrations with generation speed and pricing, AKOOL remains one of the most versatile AI creative platforms I have used.

I contacted their support immediately to explain the mistake, as I didn't even use the service. Their answer was a cold refusal, claiming "accidental purchases cannot be processed" based on their policy. This is a total lack of professional ethics and a violation of consumer rights (especially the 14-day cooling-off period in Europe). Avoid this site if you value your money and expect fair customer service. I am now forced to start a chargeback procedure with my bank.

I have been using Akool for last 3 months, I got some pretty good results using seedance 2.0, Gpt image 2 and kling. When ever I had some issues the support was really fast to solve it. Also the Ai prompt really helped me to generate My rough text to well written prompts, I don't have to buy separate services for videos, images and audio generations. I can generate a whole video with audio and voice over at one place.

All marketing materials pointed towards being able to use a custom avatar to use for motion tracked live google meets however only after purchasing subscription do you find put that there is no way to do this. Also, the "Akool camera" when selected on google meets only appeared as a blank black screen. Super disappointed
