Great tool, easy interface, a bit pricey

I've been using Akool predominately for the face-swapping tool to keep consistency with my AI influencer, and so far, it's been great. Lots of great features and tools. Certainly not the cheapest platform, but reliability and ease of use with limited restrictions is a perfect match for me. Highly recommended for serious creators.

Bought the year sub and use it everyday. They have all rhe popular models and are relatively cheap compared to the competition. The unlimited mode is great for sussing out ideas and there are tons of great creators to glean inspiration from.

Incredible speed and quality.

I've been using AKOOL for both image editing and image / video generation for several months now. I'm stingy, and have not paid for any subscription, but the free option with 10 credits a day seems to suffice for tha most part. It does have quite a bit of flexibility as far as creativity, but i do often also run into tasks that cannot be started or finished. I try to not let that sway my decision to continue using AKOOL, as creativity is already flexible within itself, and it just takes some rephrasing and alternate combinations of words to produce the images / videos i am going for at any given time. I would recommend it to anybody who showed interest in the same activities, and will highly likely continue using it for myself.

Worst tool I've ever used. If you do your real job half as well as your marketing, it would be 10x better.

Be extremely careful with AKOOL. I cancelled my subscription months ago and had absolutely no active plan anymore for around 6 months. Suddenly, my card was charged again for a “2x credit promotional offer” that I NEVER purchased, activated, or approved. This honestly looks like a scam tactic. It feels like they are targeting former customers who cancelled their subscriptions but still have a saved payment method on the platform. Then they suddenly reactivate charges and later claim that the customer “purchased” it themselves. When I contacted support, they immediately sent a generic copy-paste response refusing a refund instead of properly investigating the issue. As a long-time customer, this is insane to experience. I never expected a company I used for so long to behave like this. At this point, I genuinely believe this platform has become dishonest and potentially fraudulent. I will now proceed with a chargeback through my bank and warn as many people as possible to avoid storing their payment information on this platform. In my opinion, this is no longer a trustworthy company. BE CAREFUL!!
