I was considering a subscription and asked about a student discount. Jayrich was helpful. I hope to have a good experience with Akiflow, and I’ll update this review after I’ve used it for some time.

So far this app is everything I've been looking for to block time, keep track of to-dos, and with all of the integrations, it works seamlessly with our already established workflows. Great app, friendly onboarding, GREAT experience.

I absolutely love Akiflow. As someone diagnosed with ADHD, I’ve carried hundreds of agendas around in an attempt to get my tasks done, but I never remembered to actually look at them. Akiflow is a perfect tool for managing your day to day and for planning your future projects. I use it for work, private, business and university. So far the best I have come across! I also got super quick help from Jayrich regarding an issue of mine.

The app offers numerous features that could be useful. It can feel overwhelming if your needs are simple. One concern I had was the extent of access to private data they require during the sign-up process. Each person will differ on how comfortable they are with that. My experience was ok until I had an issue. I switched laptops and was unable to access my account. The email associated with it wouldn't let me in on my new computer. I had to track down an old laptop to get in. When I did, I notified them that I didn't want an annual subscription, but they charged me anyway. A person busy enough to need a productivity app is obviously a person who can't spare time to go back and forth with a subpar company. I take this as a costly mistake.

I got direct help from Jayrich about a bug and he was able to fix it for me after some trial and error. I was so appreciative that I was connected with a real person on staff at the company! I was so pleased that when I had an issue I wasn't just given an AI chatbot, but a real person who could help me.
