I tried so many apps but this is the single best app that can cover all my needs!!

I am now more that a year experiencing this app. Though a few important features like multiple reminders, sub tasks and smart filters are missing, the app has a great and clean UI. I love its calendar abilities and super fast integration with other apps. The desktop version is one of the best. And most important, their support team is always around you and well connected through the app and slack. My favourite from their team is Jayrich, who had resolved all my queries and issues. They are now improving their AI capabilities too. Has the potential to be the best in market and wish the team continues the good work and reach where they deserve to be. Also waiting for a full fledged IPad and a companion Watch app.

I have been an Akiflow user for a few months now and continue to be impressed with the tool and the team behind it. It's a very solid time-blocking/daily planning tool that can integrate with your Gmail, Slack, Notion and funnel in all of those requests you get across those channels into one place. What has made me stay with Akiflow is 1) their constant updates, feels like they are releasing small things every few weeks and 2) their amazing customer success team. They really make sure that you are onboarded correctly by offering free 1 on 1 sessions and then even after that, they give access to their Slack group. Within the Slack group, the Akiflow team is very active. I have been particularly helped and impressed with Jayrich, who takes the time to manage the variety of Slack channels and get back to the threads in a timely manner. Overall, Akiflow is an outstanding tool, but their customer success just makes it a whole lot better!

I've been using Akiflow for several years now and it has completely transformed how I manage my tasks and schedule. The integration with my calendar and other productivity tools is seamless, and the interface is incredibly intuitive. I want to give a special shoutout to Jayrich from the customer service team who has been absolutely fantastic. He was incredibly responsive, patient, and went above and beyond to help me get the most out of the platform. His support made all the difference in my experience with Akiflow. Highly recommend this tool to anyone looking to streamline their workflow and improve productivity!

The best productive app I have ever used, hands down. I use multiple google calendar, task managements tool. Aki is everything built into one tool, helps to manage time like and get things done like a pro.

Akiflow is an amazing tool that has literally changed all my productivity workflows for the better. I've truly found no other tool that works as well as Akiflow for bringing everything together in one place and helping me prioritize what's next. The community is a great place too, and Jayrich has always been so helpful at responding to my questions and helping create feature requests for me!

Tried Akiflow with a trial period, didn't work for me. Could work for somebody else. Cancelled the trial/deleted my account. Got charged anyway (€150/euro). Contacted customer support, after a lot of back and forth they promised me a refund. 2,5 months in still no refund to be seen and been ghosted by them.
