I just love how well it works. How making timeslots and plan the day just works so fluently. Dragging and dropping and the day is planned. But I'm missing a feature that has been requested since four years (!): it is synchronization with apple calendar besides google and outlook calendar. Other competitors have that and I miss the two way sync. Need to work around importing it into google calendar etc..

Haven’t had the chance to use the application yet but just had the onboarding call with Jayrich and I’m sold. From the execution of the app to the customer service it’s the best all rounder for keeping track of tasks I’ve come across. Super keen to incorporate this into my work flow. Big thanks to Jayrich, he did a fantastic job giving me the run down on how it all works!

Currently in my initial trial phase, I found Cecile especially helpful in showcasing the ways that Akiflow can be used for time management and organization. I had a few questions regarding the software and wish that there was an integration directly to Calendly, but overall my issues were miniscule and mostly related to software/app performance and minor issues with the Aki AI beta feature which will likely be taken care of by its full release. I will definitely be revisiting this software after testing a few others.

So far I am on the free trial but the experience has been top class. It really is changing the way I organize my work day and increasing productivity significantly. The integration with Whatsapp is particularly useful. But I am only scratching the surface so far - the help of people such as Jayrich should allow me to find even more good uses.

Tool is user-friendly and integrates well with other systems. Solid onboarding experience with a live person - Cecile walked me through everything and answered my questions.

I've had a great experience with Akiflow. It allows me to integrate my calendar and time block with my Clickup list. It's simple to use and is the perfect addition to only using google cal. They were super helpful for me in figuring out which plan was the best for me since i'm running a startup.

Akiflow is a great program to bring together my calendar, email, and other task sources. I'm very pleased that there are so many ways it's supported. I spoke with Jayrich who was extremely helpful.
