Catio arrived quickly although I never received any tracking information after order was placed. Catio arrived without any damage even though the cartons were heavily worn from handling. Assembly was pretty straightforward using a battery powered screwdriver while avoiding splitting any of the pieces as others had experienced. I used wood glue on every mating surface when assembling to increase rigidity. The bottom front of the catio where it meets the ground is it's flimsiest point. Some sort of structural support needs to span the bottom to increase rigidity. All things considered, it's a decent product.
