This cat house is for my outdoor cat. The construction is solid and directions are easy to follow. At first, my cat did not like the plastic strips on the front door. She would not go in. I removed the strips, she goes in and is very happy.

Delivery was quick; the cat house arrive a few days after it was ordered. The structure was well built and went together easily. All the parts fit perfectly. The instructions for the insulation and heating pads were a bit vague and connecting the wiring was a bit tricky, but it all went together and the cats love their new home.

Quality materials. Instructions need to be revised as some diagrams and instructions are not clear / correct. Bags of screws should all have printed labels and not printed on bags where the part number is distorted. Did have a minor injury putting this together. I had emptied everything and I saw a red ribbon in the bottom of the box. I reached for it and a staple stabbed my finger and unfortunately I couldnt release it. Hsd to get my partner to grab a pair of scissors to cut me free. Unsure what was even being held by the ribbon.

This company has the best for your reptile they have created amazing habitats for cats and dogs wild or domestic they seem to have their foot squarely planted in reality as far as pricing goes and their products are hands down some of the best I've ever seen not to mention the fast quick service the easy ability to be able to return if you need to which unfortunately I did cuz my landlord didn't want a big terranium on top of all the other animals that I have and their needs so I'm going to be going back to them to see if they have something smaller that will accommodate both my hatchling and the landlord if it were anything but temporary or transitional housing I would be putting up a fuss and putting my foot down however it's just not worth the time or the effort to do so and he doesn't really need a huge habitat anyway cuz he's small he's tiny and will be for a while I need something with a drawer that pulls out that's maybe half of the size of the one that I like maybe as long as a 40 gallon tank maybe not as deep but the problem is he needs to be in a better structure for his potential growth and since he didn't start out so good I want to provide him with whatever he needs to get through what he's been through and to be able to healthfully and wellness-wise move into his juvenile and adult faces there is no doubt that I will be dead long before he has perished from the Earth he is still a baby and I'm an old woman but I have the energy the stamina and the smarts to know who to call if I need something for him and that would be this company so even though I had to return my original "thought'or a terranium, I will be purchasing something that is appropriatefor my hatchling desert tortoise, perfect size according to the landlord of course cuz I love my first one I'm going to be turning around and purchasing another one right back from them again because that's how good I think they are and when you know you found the best why would you go anywhere else okay that's all I have, for now.

little cat hut arrived quickly, was easy for me to put together and all the pieces were there. Plus, instructions were easy to understand. Got it outside for the ferals to use, so far, no takers but the weather is changing..

Good product delivered in timely manner

Really nice products. My daughter put together 2 out of 4 of the cat/dog houses I have purchased. All she used was a screwdriver and a drill. Easy to put together. We love the gray in color houses. Really cute when completed. My cats and dog love their new houses. I will be purchasing more houses for my animals.

I ordered product from Aivituvin. A contracted carrier was to deliver but they did not deliver to correct address. Carrier refused to take responsibility for their actions. Aivituvin offered to reimburse the cost or send a replacement even though it was not their responsibility. Aivituvin puts the customer first.
