The pins were installed in the wrong holes, and the holes were drilled on the wrong side. I had to drill new holes and move the pins myself. Thankfully, it all worked out in the end. The latches that came with it weren’t what I wanted, so I purchased better ones, and the new latches are secure. Overall, I feel the price is too high for what you actually get.

I was short a lift handle for the tractor coop that I purchased and tried for a month to get them to send mr one to no evaluation they just kept asking me for the same information until I told them that I was going to disassemble it and send it back to them as incomplete product and then they wanted to give me $25 to not send it back and forget about the handle. I found a lift handle for $35 and told them that but then I got ghosted.

Okay construction, not the highest quality. Heating pad doesn't seem to work and no one at customer support with reply to my multiple attempts to contact them. Should work fine in the summer tho. Be warned... If you see their message below, I have reached out to that email over 4 times with radio silence....

The screws that attach the roof to the doghouse did not hold. Since the hinges are permanently attached to the doghouse there was no way to effectively anchor the roof to the house. Once the screws have pulled loose there is no effective remedy.

The enclosures that I got for the rabbits were not escape proof three of my rabbits escaped within 12 hours. They escaped them by moving the trays because there was not a way to lock them into place

The instructions need improvement. The insulation liner is poor quality and insulation pieces were not in the boxes .

the material in the bunny hutch was horrible, my bunnies chewed up the hutch in less than 24hrs. The pee tray leaks on the corners.
