Spoke to a delivery rep on Wednesday she said that my item would be delivered Friday that I would receive a call on Thursday to confirm the time well Thursday around 4:30. I still hadn’t received the call and I reached out to them and finally got a message back after I escalated saying that they won’t be delivering till Monday and I’m trying to get them to respond to why they told me Friday if they’re just gonna deliver on Monday, very very poor communication. As you plan on adding to this review when I finally do get the item delivered.

Non English speaking drivers, so utterly rude, almost refused to deliver the goods up a flight of stairs until asked. And when asked basically sulked. No courtesy, no service. Would be better off working in debt reclamation.

This company was supposed to deliver a treadmill. I took off work, and they kept delaying the delivery time. After pushing it back a total of 6 hours, they send me a message and say their truck broke down. I called the sporting goods store to cancel the order and the worker told me they hadn't even picked up the treadmill! They said it was too heavy when they went to pick it up. They're liars, and communication is terrible. Zero stars!!

excellent experience, day of delivery - given heads up they were close. They arrived, unloaded and help me get it in the garage. Thanks for helping out.

ABsolutely HORRIBLE and extremely unprofessional! DO NOT use this company!! Dicks should be ashamed of themselves contracting with them. Rescheduled twice which I only found out about after I CALLED 3-4 times!!!! I am going to make it my mission to deter anyone fron utilizing AIT. Going back to Dicks tomorrow to cancel entire order and get my money refunded!!!!!!!! Worse customer service and experience I have ever had with a company in 59 years!!!!!!!

I bought a product with a promise of delivery within 7 days. When I came to book delivery there were only distant slots so I couldn't get it within the promised timeframe. I booked a day off and organised family activities to receive it, and it was cancelled on the day with no explanation and rescheduled by AIT without my consent. I couldn't modify this online, sat on hold, and booked a call back that never came. My WhatsApp went unanswered. I eventually got through on live chat and have scheduled delivery - this part of the process was smooth, hence 2 stars instead of 1.

Had a delivery today from this company the delivery guys were exceptionally well trained and even though I was struggling to get home from work on time they kept me fully informed as to their distance from my address and called when I was next for delivery A very very good company

Dan was outstanding, he went above and beyond to help ensure the mattress went up the narrow stairs. it was not an easy task but he guided his colleague and shear determination made it work. excellent customer delivery service, thank you!
