AIT Worldwide LogisticsReviews of aitworldwide.com

It is the first time I have received any package from this company. Though I have to say that the portal wasn't allowing me to track the delivery, their customer service team was really helpful. I received a heavy sofa and I would like to thank the driver (Rob) and the companion (Victoria) for assisting us with a smile on their face! I could tell they were tired after a long working day and I wanted to show appreciation for the hard work they do. Thank you Rob and Victoria, please keep on being the lovely people you are! I hope this review enlightens your day!

Very rude delivery men very impatient former company was panther do NOT buy goods from companies who use the above companies to deliver here in uk they are very very rude aggressive

Super efficient, friendly service Tidied up and cleared away all rubbish Perfect !

Great delivery drivers/personal. Speedy service, conscieneous and courteous

Another terrible experience from Dunelm and AIT. Duneml saying all goods dispatched to AIT ages ago. All goods planned for delivery today and email and text confirming this on the 22nd. Then 2 hours before delivery AIT text me and say they've not received goods. Who's lying here, Dunelm or AIT??????? No one at businesses taking responsibility and still got my 5K which the Dunelm have had for payment of goods for 5 weeks. This is the 4th time AIT and Dunelm are blaming one another over the last 5 weeks and neither business seems to have a complaints department. They just blame or the situation on someone else. TAKE RESPONSIBILITY SOMEONE
