AIT Worldwide LogisticsReviews of aitworldwide.com

The massage chair has been lost by the logistics company. Very unimpressed with AIT Worldwide Logistics. The only thing they are good at is transferring calls. When I finally got a supervisor, he sounded emotionally abused. That company is not doing well. System, procedures, and cultural issues are pretty obvious. If this company is publicly traded, I'm going to take a look at shorting it.

Wast of money don't buy from Samsung website. Better to buy it from Currys in my experience

Absolute disgrace. I thougth it was just me, but I see other reviews. 'Only problems, no solutions' should be the company motto. Delivered damaged dishwasher, lied to my wife when she refused to accept it, left it at the house and then said 'your problem, you accepted it'. When dishwasher was scheduled to be replaced, they refused to install it despite this being paid for.

Don’t ask for white glove room of choice assembly via D***s sporting goods or you’re stuck with these idiots

If zero was an option, zero would be the rating! Nobody answers the phone or returns voicemails. Customer service has involved multiple people and still no response or updates. If you can possibly have your delivery not routed through them, do it. Avoid them like the plague! Worst experience with a shipping company in my life!!

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY ! The WORST company I’ve ever had to deal with. Large American fridge freezer delivery, ripped and damaged hallway and kitchen floor because they couldn’t lift it so they dragged it. Signed a letter when here to admit liability. 6 weeks later still battling and they’re making excuse after excuse. I have and they are aware, a disabled child who is now forced to live in a home with damaged and unsafe, un even floor in a core area of the home and even his medical team agree it’s not safe but the company have done, and are doing absolutely nothing except sending the same excuse emails. Be highly cautious of this company, it’s very unprofessional, delivery in tatty vans, delivery men are not capable at all, no proper equipment or aids. It’s like a 2 bit cash in hand type set up!!

Had a bed delivered by these clowns. They were supposed to put it together but they had no tools. I had to tell them how to put he bed together and they still got it wrong. All the time they were at my house they spoke a different language to each other which I found rude. I cannot believe I actually paid for these idiots.

I had an appointment scheduled for today between 10AM and 2PM. I just did a quick check on their website to confirm it and saw that the appointment was cancelled - no call from them or other communication. I contacted customer service and they told me delivery was cancelled because they had some employees "call out" today and they were short-staffed. I had taken part of the day off to meet them and now I'll have to do it again next week. I know that stuff happens but I'm upset that I had to call them instead of the other way around.
