I requested a refund and got their confirmation email saying they have already sent the amount. Then 10 days later still not refund amount back to my visa card. I tried to send them emails -no replies. I reached out the agent on the website's chatbox, they just kept saying the amount has been sent but couldn't provide any proof, not even the ARN number so I can check with my bank. Not to mention, the searching service was terrible. I paid to search for my jacket in Hongkong airport. They were very slow in updating results. I ended up getting help from the Lost and Found department of Hongkong airport themselves. The amount was not much but this is a scam for me. DO NOT pay them.
