Airport CenterReviews of airportcenterparking.org

Reserved parking was not obvious how it works (what to do with the printout, confirmation numbers, etc.) when you get there, but the cashiers answered questions. We have used it many times in conjunction with a park and fly package at the Crowne Plaza. Very convenient and safe and out of the weather. This time we parked, did not stay at the hotel, and took the Center's shuttle to LAX and it worked just fine.

It's a bit awkward to find the first time. They say, "Covered Parking" but the last time I used them I had to park on the roof of the lot which is - obviously - not covered, because it was almost full up. The Shuttles are sparse both directions so add 30 to 40 mins to your commute to get to and from the airport. Be warned - the shuttles are not all painted the same so you have to carefully read the title on the door looking for "Airport Center" on the mini bus door (almost all the other shuttles say something about the Airport, too, which is more confusing). You can't just look for a shuttle painted the same as the one that dropped you off. It's cheaper than most - my car was in good condition when I got back = they did their job. Nothing special. No complaints.

I'l start with the good...well the car was still there. The price was fair.... the bad - the elevator was broken and i had to walk to the other end of the structure with my suitcase and foot in a boot. Elevator still out after a week. took 3 calls to get a pick up at the airport. People on the shuttle bus weren't happy here either, but that's their review, not mine. I doubt i'll park here again

I will use it again

Sometimes weight too much time

I appreciate how close it is and how quick getting to lax can be when it works. I've noticed problems in the last ~5 months: 1. Busses are too infrequent early or late 2. The website has been spotty, I can't always book my spot 3. Payment has been confusing. I have to forward and email to get my rate when leaving? Thanks for looking at it!

We like this parking garage because it is conveniently located, good drivers, easy to get to, but there is no working elevator but that is okay because we just drop off the luggage with one of us watching them while the other one park, however that will not be possible if you are travelling alone. But overall, this garage works for us.

Convenient , safe parking . Friendly and helpful shuttle service.
