Elevator
The main elevator was not working, which required us to push our luggage to a far elevator and than had to go back to the original area where the car was parked. Not fun to have to do that with large luggage, late at night and tired. With two elevators next to each other one should always be working. Too many compact spaces not suitable for a full size SUV. Would have rated it higher if the elevator was working, since the rest of the experience was good.

In regards to your concerns, we are currently modernizing the elevators and we are projected to restripe our garage for larger spaces in early 2017. I do invite you back for a better experience. Waited a very long time for the shuttle to arrive at the terminal after our flight returned.
Very long wait for the shuttle. There were many other shuttles for other parking areas and they were arriving every 10 minutes or so. We waited in excess of 30 minutes on two seperate occasions.

Reliable shuttle service! Thank you!
I started parking at Airport Center about 5 years ago and haven't parked anywhere else since. There is usually no wait for a shuttle and the drivers are all very nice and helpful. Thank you!

In line to pay at exit and the attendant put up a sign "out to lunch" Had to back up and get in another line to pay. Unacceptable.
Never again.

Overall, this is the best parking arrangement we have found for the airport.
This is the least expensive, most convenient parking structure when going to the airport, only wish there were more handicapped spaces closer to where the shuttle picks up.

It was ok
It was "ok" My car was perfectly safe and dry however, the elevator was out and I had to carry my luggage down stairs to wait for the shuttle to take me to the airport. No one was around as it was fairly late in the night. I am pregnant- so this was not ideal at all but I couldn't miss my flight...

Hi SB, Thank you for your feedback. I do apologize about the elevators being down during your stay. I do have a project underway to fix the elevators for future use. I am hoping to have the project completed before February 2017. I encourage you to utilize our parking facility again for a much more pleasant experience. Thank you for you business. There was no parking available at the hotel!
Almost missed my flight. Drove up and down the parking lot multiple times. This was Saturday morning and there was zero availability. Ended up just driving to LAX...

Will NEVER use again!! Once was enough!
Hard to locate. Once you find it and get inside you don't know where to park. So you pick a spot, any spot, that has someone else's name on it, then you don't know where to go to meet the bus to take you to the airport. A group of about six of us who had parked aimlessly banded together to help each other figure out what the hell was going on and where to go to get the bus
