Covered Airport Parking
The reservation system does not take into account the fact that airport parking spaces are very difficult to find and many cars are improperly parked, taking up more than one space.

Christmas Parking Problems 12/24/16 - 1/3/17
Reserved parking 6 months in advance. Arrived on time on 12/24/16 and were told the lot was full and to head over to Wally Park. Upon arrival at Wally Park and explaining our situation with your company, we were told they were not accepting anymore Airport Express overflow. We said we were worried about missing our flight and asked (begged) them to take one more car which they did and sent us up to the roof. We have always had covered parking with Airport Express, but were relieved to have any parking at all. Very stressful few minutes while they were deciding whether they could accept one more car.

We picked this parking lot because it advertised as having covered parking ! What a joke !
It only did this place not have any covered parking ! It was stuffed next to the ramp and was dusty and dirty ! Also the price fluctuation was not good either ! We had a different price for four days and the rate was not that great !

No Space Found
Made reservations online but spent more than one hour to find a space.

Hi Reynaldo, Thank you for your feedback. If I may give you a hint for quicker parking, please enter through the Century Blvd entrance. Take the Express ramp to the 4th floor and swing across to the West side of the garage (Crowne Plaza Side). You should find parking more quickly.
