used the service more than once - waited too long for shuttles on both drop off and pickup, and the elevators in the garage were not working both times!

I have used the Airport Center Parking many times over the years and I have always been more than happy with the experience. The parking is easily accessed and I have always felt my vehicle was totally secure. I have often parked here for more than two weeks (during my vacations or extended business trips), and the only issue I have ever had is that during certain parts of the day, the shuttle to the parking structure does not run on a timely manner, but overall, I have been completely satisfied.

The only positive part of using Aiport Center was how easy it was to make a reservation online and pull right in to park. But coming back was a horrible experience. First, the ticket they give you just says to text a number to request a shuttle from the airport. It doesn't tell you WHAT to text and it took about 8 texts back and forth plus a phone call to get a shuttle dispatched. The shuttle driver didn't help me with my luggage or even acknowledge me. It was after midnight. I was limping on a fractured foot. He just opened the door and didn't even look at me or help. The elevator at the carpark was broken so I had to walk across the carpark to the working elevator, take it up 5 flights, and then walk back across to get to my car. And then the signage to get out was unclear. There was nothing but a small sticker on the payment machine in the exit that said if you made an online reservation you have to use a different exit. Luckily it was after midnight. If there had been cars behind me there's no way I could have turned around at that point. I would have had to pay again. Reversing and going to a different exit and going through that whole process was also cumbersome. Apparentely I booked online but didnt pay, even though the site took my credit card info. I had to forward the confirmation email to the girl in the ticket booth to prove I had a reservation. Then give my credit card so she could charge me. The only thing was a nightmare. It was the first and last time I will park there. Not worth the low price. I rather pay for better service and clearer processes.

I made my reservation on my phone an hour before I dropped off my truck. When I got back they said I had no proof of reservation and almost doubled the price and were extremely rude about it. I'll never use this place again, and neither should you!!!

Elevators have been out of service for weeks. Not acceptable. I understand you need parts etc, but I find it difficult to believe that this could take so long. Also, very hard to know where parking spaces are available. Need to modernize the lot so time is not wasted driving around. Will find an alternate place to park until upgrades/repairs are done

I made reservations online using Airport Center's website and saved. Once we parked our car, we waited about 15 minutes for the shuttle to take us to the airport. The wait area is outside so plan accordingly. Airport Center Express is about a 10-minute shuttle ride to LAX. If your shuttle is full, the shuttle stops at each airline so plan accordingly. Upon my return and after I collected my luggage, I texted ACE per the instructions, and received an immediate response. The shuttles arrived within minutes at the red sign - per the instructions. When I exited the parking garage, i handed the booth guy my reservations and paid the reservation price. I will definitely used ACE again.

Shortage of bus. Usually need to wait more than 30 mins sometimes longer. Parking space is small.
