The AidPlan© online program shows you how to treat the most common pelvic diseases yourself. Most of these conditions have a chronic course and require consistent, long-term care. You can do this from home with the AidPlan© online program. The AidPlan© online program is aimed at anyone suffering from chronic pelvic pain syndrome (CPPS), pudendal neuralgia, bladder pain syndrome, interstitial cystitis or chronic abacterial prostatitis (in men). A 12-week plan sets out the exercise structure and the video course explains all the necessary steps - help for self-help instead of open questions. Our experienced therapists are also available for video calls to clarify complaints and make individual adjustments.

The stretches were very helpful and easy to follow. I would recommend that the strength building video be modified because the current number of repetitions is excessive for a person just starting out. I was only able to use that video as a "how to" and then adjusted repetitions to ensure improvement without overdoing it and causing more problems than help. All in all I highly recommend this program.

Clear instructions, good visualization of excercises and well addressed psychological aspect of the issue. Not a subscription, but a one time payment that covers all package you need.

I have done this program for 3.5 weeks now for CPPS/Prostatitis and finally seem to have found what is causing all these miserable symptoms. Very good layout of the course. It's simple, but it's basically the bible that would otherwise take you forever plus lots of anxiety to find in pieces elsewhere. I'll update this review when I'm further but in the meantime I highly recommend.

I read A Headache in the Pelvis, but was missing the specific guided instructions to get better. I am already feeling better after one week. I wish the second module had an overview video, going over every step briefly and lay out the whole rutine once more.

All of the information in the course was very useful. The information in the course has complemented the lifestyle and exercises prescribed by my support team. ie physiotherapist, chiropractor, urologist, family doctor. I highly recommend this program for anyone out there who needs support and has a difficult time finding it.
