Scam, they want to charge you to get full diagnosis but bait with "free"

This is a scam, it charges you for the result and then you click another button which you believe is a download of the results and they charge you again I was charged $45 for a pdf result that said nothing. I would not use this site a complete scam.

Scam artists. Confusing charges made without your consent. Disgusted.

I used their service, paid £5.30 for the pdf, no problem with that. I later see a payment for £17.00 approximately taken from my same account immediately after. I emailed tge company, they say it was for the pdf. I phoned the bank and reported fraud.

Their diagnosis was completely wrong. My skin condition looked nothing like the pictures of diagnosis I found online. Like showing them a picture of a cat and they diagnosed it as a banana. Complete waste of money.

Do not use this app! They make it look like a one off payment and then keep charging you for a subscription. Avoid!

Update : I wanted to add that this company did cancel this account. It has been greatly appreciated. I do see a regular dermatologist for several difficult skin issues. It’s been a difficult year to say the least. I’m glad they took me serious and understood. I think it’s easy for accounts to be used or hacked more and more these days. What matters is that they did handle it accordingly. For that I give credit to this company. This is a scam. I have not ever authorized payment. I’m filing charges against this business or fake business. Do not use this app especially since you do not see it under subscription on your phone. I will get my money back and I will do whatever it takes to shut this application and its fraudulent activities down. 6/23/26 There is no other way to respond to this AI Derm, I have been given no reference number nor was there a place to write anything in response. I’m getting charged 7.99 up to three times a week. I did not sign up for any type of subscription. There was never any upfront explanation nor did it mention continued charges. If there is, it was hidden and not easily accessible. I’ll will take this whole account down with Apple. I have spoken to my bank. I’ve seen several complaints about this website or application. Please address this quickly or I will. I expect a refund and/or I’ll just do as I said and report this to the BBB. It’s wrong what you are doing!!

Ordered a $6.99 review. That worked fine. I was then immediately charged $17.99 for another service that I did not order. Contacted company and they said they NEVER give a credit for any reason. Terrible company ti deal with, Edited after company response "Kindly note that all purchase are final and cannot be refunded." This apparently applies even when a refund is justified. Edited after second response --"Kindly note that all purchase are final and cannot be refunded."is a direct quote from this company,,,A direct quote. Now they are denying they said this. A DIRECT QUOTE...they are not even worth one star!
