Great gift for Grandma!
I ordered the “Grandma’s Special Batch” customizable gingerbread sign for my mom for Christmas. It turned out absolutely lovely and my husband and I were very impressed by the detail and craftsmanship behind it. I believe my mom is going to be over the moon when she sees her grandchildren’s names on sweet little gingerbread girls and boys!!

Quality Disappointing
I am sorry, I am not at all happy with my order. It looks cheap. I expected it to look bigger and not at all like a photo just overlayed on a piece of plastic.
Your advertisement show brightness and bold. These are tiny and barely noticeable. One has a streak on it that won’t come off, I think is glue resin and scratches on the backside.there is an obvious haze that looks like plastic film. I thought perhaps it was a protective film that would peel off. But it does not come off.
The cost is not showing in this work. I paid almost $100 with gift box and delivery for five pieces of plastic with a picture glued to it. It wasn’t even traced out straight.
I am just so dissatisfied.
Update: your response says there is an email to resolve. There is no email. I also checked spam and junk and nothing more.
Update 11/16/23: so I received an email from A Gift Customized. Seems they are willing to provide a refund if I retract my review.
Because they have not followed through with my refund and are now blackmailing me. I needed to add this.
Here is their email to me, but before you read on, they say “full refund on the product value.” Since I am not happy with the product and it is poor quality, what is their intention?

A wonderful ornament memory
I ordered the hanging photo ornament that is a cut out of your photo pasted on a clear plastic with loop on top for use as an ornament. I am very happy with how it turned out. Shipping was fairly quick and tracked, with a follow up email telling me that it had been delivered and to make sure all was well. Basically great service beginning to end.
