I ordered an ornament with a picture of my daughter and son-in-law at their wedding. I absolutely love it. It’s two sided, which is a nice feature. It took three weeks from the date the order was placed to the day I received it. It was carefully packaged thumbs up. I love it. I’ll be placing another order soon.

I sent in a photo and requested the background scene be included. They responded very quickly and the end result was exactly what I wanted!

Our customized pieces turned out perfect and showed up as expected and on time. Perfect way to share our recent family trip year after year on our tree.

Order placed on 11/10/23. Total $333, including shipping charges of $ 39.99... In their website they state the address as "Warehouse: 584 Castro Street #3053, San Francisco, CA 94114". On 11/15 they claimed order was on the way and provided a tracking number but no mention to the carrier. None of the traditional carriers in the US was able to identify the tracking number. Finally I got a bogus email from their Customer Service advising that it may take up to 30 days to receive the merchandise! The carrier is JCW Express that as of today (11/21/2023) provided the following information: JCW00002058873 inforeceived Shipment has been created, JCW awaiting item Inforeceived China undefined Shipment Has Been Created, JCW Awaiting Item In summary, the ornaments will not be received on time to have my tree up for Christmas 2023. Please do your self a favor and DO NOT BUY FOR THIS WEBSITE, unless you want to through money out! UPDATING BASED ON REPLY FROM VENDOR: Vendor continues to provide incorrect information and does not provide status. They created a shipment label on 11/14/23.... today is 11/22/23 and the freight company did nto receive anything yet! Again, this is one more case of creating a website that hides the real information in small print, makes one believe that they are headquartered in the USA (SFO) and, once you buy and pay, they hit you with a "allegedly legal" shipment policy that is not made clear in their website! But if you think that I am just a frustrated guy and agiftcustomized.com is indeed a "global company" continue to read and... Check a report by scam-detector.com on agiftcustomized. My dad passed away in July and my mom misses him so much. I had this ornament made of the two of them so she will always have him with her. Shipping was a little long but well worth the wait. Communication is excellent!

A Gift Customized is one of the best companies I’ve ever ordered from and I order a lot of stuff online. I knew right away this company was different because I needed help with an order and they were prompt kind and thorough with their response to my questions. Their emails were fun to read and it is very obvious that this company is passionate not only about their products but also pleasing their customers. The item I ordered is perfect in every way and I love it. I’m giving it as a family gift for Christmas and I can’t wait to see the smiles on their faces when they open it. They’re gonna love it!

Blown away by how they brought two of my wife’s favorite pictures of our kids to life. Really, really cool ornaments!

I loved what I saw in the FB ad. I wanted to do something nice for my siblings and Mom since our Dad had recently passed away. But ordering 5 ornaments was a big chunk of change without really knowing personally what the end item looked like. So I placed a “trial” order. 1 each of my nephews with their grandpa, a fav pic of them with him. I will be honest. The turnaround time is not the fastest BUT the product😳 SOOOOO worth it!! Ordered the next group of 5 the next day. Hoping I get these in time for Christmas. Next order will be soon for the remaining 12 family members!
