Great gift for friends
I needed a gift for 2 friends and the ornament made from a picture of them was perfect. I loved it! They loved it! Everyone who saw it loved it! They did a great job cutting the figures out of the picture for the ornament and the ornament is good quality. I will use A Gift Customized again! It also arrived faster than I figured.

An ornament full of memories
I absolutely love the photo ornaments of the home where many amazing family memories were made with my late husband! Wherever I go, I will always have this as a reminder of our life together. And, it arrived in less than 3 weeks, which was really fast considering Thanksgiving weekend was in there!

3-D ornaments are NOT 3-D
Their 3-D ornaments are not in 3D like the ad. The picture quality is terrible. It is a flat picture placed in plastic. Very disappointing. Reminds me of the 1970's shrinky-dinks.
Response from agiftcustomized.comDec 12, 2023
Hi Bren, I'm sorry to hear that the product did not meet your expectations. However, I would like to clarify that our ornaments are indeed 2D, featuring high-quality, double-sided printing with one glossy side that includes a protective film to ensure quality. All this information is clearly stated in the product description on our website. Please contact us at [email protected] with your order details and specific concerns, and we will make every effort to resolve this issue for you. Warm regards, Linda Hamilton From A Gift Customized.

Great gift!
The ornaments are amazing, just as advertised. Truly one of a kind. Don't be confused by the tracking information. There were no updates to the shipping for a week after I got the shipping notification. But the ornaments arrived and I can't wait to give them to my family.
