Worst customer service ever
Worst customer service ever They forcefully migrated my Dan account to Afternic.com using the same email as it was in Dan.com, and then they sold 4-5 of my domains at Afternic.com and are now not helping me at all to add the payment method properly. I have been trying to get a solution for a few months already. They reply after weeks and even without real help.

Thieves are using this company to steal domains
Thieves are abusing their lax system (anyone can list any domain without proof of ownership) to steal others' domains. This company should be reported to Better Business Bureau. Update: After 8 months of my first email sent to them to take down that unauthorized listing, the listing is still up.

Terrible Platform for domain listing
I submitted my domain for listing on Afternic, and it was rejected for trademark compliance—yet my domain isn’t a trademark! The rejection was completely unjustified and there was no clear explanation as to why it was flagged. Their review process seems overly cautious and doesn't make sense. It’s incredibly frustrating to have a domain wrongly flagged and no way to resolve it. Customer support provided vague, unhelpful responses that didn’t address the issue. Definitely not recommending Afternic for domain sales. it's a waste of time.
