Needed a new postage scale as my old one had broken. H&C offered just what I was looking for at a very reasonable price. I purchased the scale and it arrived in a very timely fashion, well packaged and it works excellently. I recommend H&C to you.

Overall, I had a couple of great experiences. It was easy to order products, although something I needed was out of stock so I had to purchase an item that was a little more expensive. My product was packed, shipped, and at my door very quickly. My first order was missing one thing, but after one email, the representative had it shipped to me overnight at their expense. The second time around I needed to purchase additional parts and the person helping me had great product knowledge and explained what I needed to buy. Again, the order was quick and arrived in a matter of days with easy tracking. Friendly, knowledgeable, and fast! Definitely recommend.

Ordered balance and less than a week had delivered. Best price, too! Thanks!

Everything was exceptionally easy and the scale is perfect.. I could not have asked for better service I ordered the scale on line. The scale was as advertised. It shipped the day after I ordered it and arrived three days later. I would definitely recommend.

Quickly found the website, and has good information of products with videos. Easy to understand and prices are good.

THE SCALE ITSELF IS GREAT, BUT WE DID 3 DAY SHIPPING AND DID NOT RECIEVE IT UNTIL A WEEK LATER. I DON'T AGREE FOR PAYING EXTRA FOR SOMETHING AND NOT GETTING IT.

I searched the internet high and low for the best prices on Ohaus brand scales and this place was the absolute lowest I could find. Not only did they have the best price, but the reviews were great and there was no gimmicky coupons or shipping and handling penalty to deal with. A solid company selling straight up goods at a discount. Winner all around for the buyer.
