H&C Weighing SystemsReviews of affordablescales.com

Prompt delivery, easy to set up. Functioning well after 3 days.

Great Customer Service. I received numerous email updates and was very happy with delivery time.

Can't comment on the customer service because I didn't have need to contact them. The purchase was quick and easy on the website, delivery was quick, scale is as promised. Thanks!!

H&C Weighing Systems is easy to work with and delivers product quickly and efficiently. I had no problems Thank you!

I just ordered 8 digital balances for my science classroom. I couldn't believe how quickly they arrived! Just in time for our first metric mass measurement lab! Thank you for a great transaction!

LED screen suddenly didn't work and OHAUS doesn't make their "made in CHINA" small portable scales fixable, even though it's probably a $.02 piece that could be easily inserted. Went online, found new CS2000 at a wicked good price. Wicked fast shipping. Haven't used it yet, but I mix a lot of stuff, pigments, mediums, varnishes, for oil painting, so this equipment is needed by me and in the past these scales have performed well.

Ordering was easy, arrival of scale was timely but wrong AC adapter included. Quick call to Nancy and proper adapter was on it's way. Things happen; that's life. H&C resolved it perfectly!

Very dissatisfied with my recent purchase of the Chatillon 0704-T Scale from H&C Weighing Systems. The scale cannot be set at zero without buying an additional $43 pan or an $81 scoop( which I have no need for) or by sending back for an adjustment that they want to charge me an additional $60 for.
