Perfectly smooth top to bottom including the customer service contact...

I was astounded when I received my merchandise 2 days after I placed order. And the quality and price was the best by far!

the equipment is exactly as advertised and arrived in perfect condition we will be making other purchases with the company

The company gave me advice about when delivery was likely and saved me from paying significantly more for accelerated delivery service that was not needed.

I bought a scale and made a mistake when ordering. Customer service was excellent and understanding. They contacted me and resolved the problems and I received the scales in two days. Great job!

The Detecto Scale I received was even better than I expected. Very high quality for the price. Assembling the few pieces was a snap.

Always the best service, quick shipping, and outstanding products.

I had been looking for an accurate inexpensive gram scale that measures to a 0.1 gram. I had no problems with the order and when the scale arrive it works just great. Though I have only had it a week it has been a good purchase.
