I received the floor lamp. So far I am happy with the lamp. Not your personal fault, but I find the lamp rather cheaply constructed. Looks good from a distance but I up close. I know you get what you pay for. The only downside was the lack of communication in knowing when to expect the lamp.

There was an issue obtaining the purchased lamp; after a number of months it had not arrived. I contacted Affordable Lamps who were able to ascertain the problem at the point of manufacture and presented options to resolve the issue. Eric was responsive and helpful.

I was looking for a specific ceiling fans and did my homework across a number of online retailers. Not only did Affordable Lamps beat the other retailers best price by far, Michael and the staff were very responsive to all my questions both by phone and email. And their fast shipping is no sales gimmick: I'm in Georgia and Affordable Lamps is in California. I ordered the fans late on Monday afternoon and UPS had them at my door by Friday morning. Outstanding! I'm building a new house and I have no doubt that I'll be making several more purchases from the good folks at Affordable Lamps!
