AMAZING customer service, communication, and fast delivery! Thank you so much!!

Great prices

There was an issue obtaining the purchased lamp; after a number of months it had not arrived. I contacted Affordable Lamps who were able to ascertain the problem at the point of manufacture and presented options to resolve the issue. Eric was responsive and helpful.

I was looking for a specific ceiling fans and did my homework across a number of online retailers. Not only did Affordable Lamps beat the other retailers best price by far, Michael and the staff were very responsive to all my questions both by phone and email. And their fast shipping is no sales gimmick: I'm in Georgia and Affordable Lamps is in California. I ordered the fans late on Monday afternoon and UPS had them at my door by Friday morning. Outstanding! I'm building a new house and I have no doubt that I'll be making several more purchases from the good folks at Affordable Lamps!

I had a ceiling fan that wasn't operating correctly. A Google search sent me to Affordable Lamps which was my lucky day. Michael sent me on a path that solved my problem. He answered my e-mails right away with great advice. I know where I'm headed next for anything lighting related. Thanks, Michael.

The ordering and delivery process went very well. Unfortunately, it turns out the Fixture is not going to fit because our new cabinets are too high and would hit the Fixture. I’m gonna have to return it. Thank you.
