I only gave 4 stars because we never received our 10 per cent discount on 1st time orders.Also I like to talk to people on the phone, instead of email. Nice product, packaged very well And delivered on time.

Love the product, but was bent when received
Love the product, but the cardboard envelope the piece came in was bent. There was no "Do Not Bend" label on the package. The product was also bent. We were able to bend it back but some of the powder coating had chipped off on the back of the piece.

My steel sign turned out beautiful
My steel sign turned out beautiful. I made a couple changes to the original design. It did take a little longer than i thought it would but it was well worth the wait.

I ordered the Rottweiler circle…
I ordered the Rottweiler circle silhouette w/name. Pictures of what I ordered and what I received were perfect. Good delivery time. The only downside is I think the price is a bit high, but there’s no hidden cost so I knew what I was buying. It should last forever so the price issue is a very small downside.

The product is great
The product is great, turned out exact how I wanted and looked. The only reason I did not give 5 stars is because tracking the package was a nightmare. They want you to download a specific app for it. Then transfer all the data manually to find it. When I did, it showed it was in one spot for 1 week until I received an email that it was delivered

The product was AMAZING!
The product was AMAZING!! Beautiful. It was received in very good condition. The only this is the time it took to arrive. A bit long but overall, I woul highly recommend ordering from this company.
