Unfortunately, I did not see the other reviews regarding not getting the product, before placing my order. Not only did I pay to have a metal art piece created, but paid an additional $39.95 for express delivery, as their website stated it was required to guarantee a Christmas delivery. After placing the order on the 6th, I received an email with the order confirmation--and then, nothing else. I made numerous phone calls and emails to Afcultures and finally heard back last night with a very brief statement that it will takes 20 business days to complete an order and another 7-10 days for deliver (and they will send me an email when the order is completed and shipped). In other words, they haven’t even begun to complete my order!! I will be lucky to even get this before mid-January. Based on other recent reviews, I will be surprised if I ever receive the product. The only recommendation I can make about this company is DO NOT BUY FROM THEM.

I ordered on November 25th. It is now December 19th and I have still not received my item. I had to email them 5 times over the last month to finally be told that my item will not arrive until 2 days after Christmas. I ordered this as a Christmas gift for my husband and now I will have nothing to give him on Christmas day. This is absolutely ridiculous and if I would have known it would take over a month to get to me I would have never ordered from them. Update!! I received my item finally. It came in good condition and looked very nice. However I will not be using them again due to the long amount of time to receive my item and the poor customer service. The company emailed me offering me a 10% refund to take this bad review down and they also blamed a snow storm and the shipping company for me not recieving my package on time. The shipping company did not receive my item until almost a month after my order. That was 2 and a half weeks after they told me they had shipped it already.

I ordered an item two weeks ago. Never got a confirmation number , email , text nothing!!! But they sure did take the payment that same day ,,, when I reached out to cancel and get a refund , they stated that the order was complete and ready to ship ,,, 5 days later. Still waiting on item to ship!! Customer service is the worst I have ever experienced! Not only do they ignore your questions ,they just response with this ,,Afcultures Home Decor Your order was processed at this moment and it will be shipped out very soon, so please help us to be patient. ,,, over and over to different questions on my order All I want to know. If it’s complete. Why don’t you send it ,,,,, if not complete, and you are extremely busy. Let me help you. And cancel my order and refund my payment.

Absolutely do NOT order from this company. They are a scam. I ordered a sign a month ago. Then they sent me a bogus tracking number and their only answer is "we are checking on it" for weeks. It is impossible to get any customer service from them. They don't answer the phone, you can email them, but it is the same tired old "we are checking answer"

Do not use this company unless you want to be disappointed. I placed an order 2 weeks ago, paid for expedited shipping, have not received an email or tracking. No one answers the phone and there is no use in leaving a voicemail message. I have left 4 and no one has called back! They responded to an email and their reply made no sense. They used broken English, not even complete sentences, and told me to "Please help to wait for a little while." I thought I would get my order in time for a gift for someone, but after two weeks it has not even shipped. Well, After I wrote this review, I got an email saying they will refund my expedited shipping, but I still have not received tracking or any indication that my order has shipped as of today 9/22/22. I placed the order on 9/6/22. They now have asked me to remove my review because they gave me a tracking number. The tracking number says a shipping label was created on Sept. 21 but as of Sept. 24 the order has not actually shipped according to USPS.

I placed an order of some Egyptian wall art from this company on Feb 12th 2022 and I never received my order. Every time I emailed them there was an excuse about the delay for my order. Then the last time I tried to contact them was via telephone and I got no answer.. BE CAREFUL ORDERING FROMTHIS COMPANY..I WILL BE FLOWING THIS MATTER UP WITH VISA..

I purchased the chasing buck weather vane. I would rather not bash it openly but needless to say it has not held up to any expectations. I would like to return the item for a refund. Please email a return label and we can get back at it and I can find a replacement.

Order placed 12/9/2021. Stock item-not custom. Web site states 5-7 business days for production (of a stock item?) and 10-15 days shipping. Order should have been delivered by Christmas but arrived 1/5/2022. The customer service phone does not answer. If you call from a cell phone, they text you back in broken English with evasive answers to any issues. The company may show a New Jersey address, but this is an Asian business - the shipping partner noted on the USPS tracking site was "DING HONG". NOTE: item described as 20" x 30". It is 16" x 27". The 16-gauge metal is very thin and there are areas where the laser-cut design (Border Collie) are so narrow that if just a small branch hits this weathervane in the wind, it will surely bend or break. Bottom line... inaccurate product and shipping web site information, very poor communication and $125 for a cheaply made, smaller than described product. I would not recommend this company to anyone.
