I appreciate that they keep you informed at every step, updating you along the way and even sending videos of the finished product prior to shipping. The video helped me notice a problem (something I had missed, not that they'd done wrong) and they were able to fix it prior to shipping, which I really appreciate. As others have said, it would be better if the light color could be changed with the app or the remote, which I thought was pretty standard with these sorts of LED light strips, but I was able to choose a color I liked and it's fine. One more suggestion for improvement would be if they could make installation easier somehow, as that process ended up taking half a day. Overall I'm very happy with the sign and wouldn't hesitate to work with this company again.
