I ordered a metal sign on Dec. 6, 2022. After hearing nothing for nearly two weeks, I emailed customer service and asked for an update. They advised that the order would be shipped "very soon" but could not be cancelled because it was a custom order. It was a pretty stock sign, no custom work done on it. The sign finally showed up on Dec. 30. The site had claimed it could be shipped before Christmas, now I have to ship it again. The customer service does not care- they take your money and then your at their mercy. If customer service had treated me better, I probably would have chocked this up to an international purchase. However, when contacted, they were dismissive and unhelpful. Avoid this company, they do not do business in an ethical way.

I ordered a personalized sign from them as a Christmas gift. It was to come with LED lights. When received, the lights did not work. I contacted them and after 14 emails, including a video of my product ( per their request) a picture of their product from their website ( they didn’t know what I ordered, even with my order number) and a simple request for the remote, I was given a link for Amazon and the LED lights they use. I was asked to buy them and replace myself! If you see how involved this is, it’s a ridiculous request. Unacceptable from any reputable company. I spent a lot for this item. I’ll never buy from them again.

The positive reviews on here are clearly fake! DO NOT BE FOOLED! I, along with many people paid for the $40 express shipping to receive in time for Christmas. After several emails in which I was always told to be patient, I sent an email that I knew they were not legit. Wouldn’t you know I received an email with a tracking # that day. Don’t be fooled. The tracking# is fake, along with everything else about this company. This so called tracking # has been status “label created” for over a week. I’ve ordered items overseas before and the status of the order does not remain the same for a week. I know I will not be receiving the item I ordered. Save yourself the trouble and trust me when I say the positive reviews are false! Use a legitimate metal company on Etsy. I should have.

ordered from them on Dec 5th after they told me to do 2 day shipping of 40.00 i did and found out they sent as parcel select, item has been sitting in bloomingdale IL since 12-20 as they have not taken to post office, only get automated email replies that say the same thing, and nobody will answer the phone or chats, just get automated text message back. terrible customer service. never order from here

I hate that I even have to give one star- this place deserves NO STARS!! They took my money after my order was placed on Dec 3rd- I paid the extra $40 for express shipping to ensure I had it before Christmas. Like all the other reviews I FINALLY rec’d a ridiculous USPS tracking number saying they were awaiting the package. Left voicemails, sent emails, used the website chat and very little communication back- always “sorry for the delay you’ll get your package soon.” I requested a cancellation and refund and nothing…. I am now working with my bank to reverse the transaction. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS PLACE!!!!

Scam. Ordered a sign that was supposed to be here by Christmas and I have emailed several times for updates and get the same automated response. Once I requested a refund, they created a shipping label and that was created a few days ago. Now I am disputing the charge with my credit card company.

ITS A SCAM!!!!! you order and pay in good faith ,,, then they don’t provide an confirmation number nor an email,,, then when you call they won’t answer your call , chat ??? Yea that doesn’t work All automated ,, with broken English,,,won’t allow you to cancel , says sign is ready. But 2 weeks later, not even a tracking number is provided,,, ,,,LOTS!! Of other companies do this type of work ,,,,STAY AWAY FROM THESES CROOKS!!!!!
