Awful customer service. they can never give you an answer regarding any simple question you have. very incompetent staff they have. Wasted an hour just trying to see if my dental insurance is active, but they keep going in circles and never giving me an answer.

Horrible experience, my parents divorce was terrible my parents fought like animals and even beat each other in front of my face and I was hit in the process. My father and his employer which by the way he slept with his coworker and everything got ruined in my personal life. I grew up without a family basically. The courts and the police didn't do anything for me and it was terrible. I need all my health records and Everytime I try ordering them there is always nothing but problems between the health care that is not that great and the horrible actions caused by mostly strangers and a horrible family that did nothing but fight with each other I am now 30 years old and have done nothing but work and go to school and I have been a victim of so many different crimes and the police have been absolutely useless

I was struck by a vehicle in California and was hospitalized for a few days. Although I was a pedestrian, Aetna will not cover the hospital or following treatment because they are claiming that my vehicle insurance should cover the costs. Their third party company that makes the “decisions” never documented any of the information that I gave them and now any further treatment I need for the accident is being denied. It’s a strategy and their commitment to avoid paying, which has been a common practice, but they have something coming. They’ve already been sued for this and well something bigger is coming.

Customer service obviously has no idea what they're doing. I was told an appointment I had would be covered 100% only to be billed over 180 dollars. I swear they find any loophole they can to make you pay ridiculous amounts for everything and then when confronted, no resolution. Just a fake apology.

Every time I call Aetna and speak to someone I wind up on hold for over an hour. I have been transferred multiple times, hung up on by accident, and still have not gotten any help. The worst customer service I've ever experienced. All I need to do is designate a dentist for me and my son. Worst company ever in regard to helping their customers.

Terrible company. They continue to deny my 1 year old’s well child visit of $1,800 for a pediatrician my family has seen for 4 years. I do not recommend working with this company if you have the option.

Extremely disappointing customer service. I spoke with representative AXLL 369682013 over the phone, and the experience was terrible. The representative was unhelpful, showed little interest in resolving my issue, and made an already frustrating situation even worse. I expected professional and respectful customer service, especially when calling for help with an insurance issue. Instead, I ended the call without getting the assistance I needed. 1 star. Very poor customer service experience.

just scum. Thats all you need to know. I’ve had several plans through the years and this is by far the most nit picky company that will not cover NEEDED products and prescriptions. Unfortunately, il sure most people are in the same boat where this is a policy provided by an employer… kind of says a lot about the employer as well in my opinion…
