Aeticon LLCReviews of aeticon.com

I wanted to have a piece of art in my house, from a picture I took in Arizona, and I decided to give Aeticon a chance and I absolutely love the experience with them. Very professional, easy to follow up with and the canvas just came out over my ecxpectations!

Any company that would email a customer to propose the customer drop her dispute with Visa in exchange for an immediate refund from the company is perpetuating a SCAM. A provisional credit from your credit card company IS immediate, and this vendor knows it. I didn't fall for this trick nor was I fooled by their repeated offers of a discount on a replacement in response to my refund demands after waiting two months for a rug that never came. (No explanation given for the delivery failure, though I suspect the poor choice of shipper [GoFo Express, 1.3 Yelp rating] may have had something to do with it.) In lieu of timely or productive customer service help I was spammed with emails seeking my review. (Spoiler alert: negative reviews are deleted.) The company address listed on Trustpilot is nothing but a virtual office presence (rent a desk by the hour or month) and there's no phone.

I just purchased the grim reaper rug when I received it I opened it and spread it out on the living room floor it truly is a work of art, I would recommend anybody looking to buy an area rug or wall hanging to check out this company. I'm very satisfied

Weathervane arrived in a very flimsy box that was crushed. NO protection for item inside. There were NO instructions on how to attach and secure directions arrows. The weather vane was bent so I contacted Aeticon . They initially responded but offered no solution. Never responded again. After much work with my credit card company (The company could not get ANY response either!) I was finally given credit by the credit card company. BEWARE!! NOT good people!!

*****/5 STARS...I CAN NOT THANK EMMA & THIS COMPANY ENOUGH FOR THE INCREDIBLE QUALITY JOB THEY DID ON A CUSTOM CANVAS POSTER THEY MADE FOR ME...WHAT I GAVE THEM TO WORK WITH WAS A VHS BOX COVER ART & I DID NOT BELIEVE IT POSSIBLE TO TURN THIS INTO A 32 x 48 INCH POSTER & MAINTAIN QUALITY...I'M HERE TO TELL YOU NOT ONLY DID THEY PULL IT OFF BUT WITH EXCEPTIONAL QUALITY & CLARITY!!!

Excellent service, shipping and I love my canvas art.

My decorative metal panel arrived on time, was well packaged, and was just what I ordered. It looks great as a frame for my fused glass art.

Bought a cap commemorating a Navy ship I served aboard decades ago. It arrived before Memorial Day and will be proudly worn on the 4th by this Veteran. Well made and very attractive. Excellent service. Thanks!
