This was so easy and affordable. As a former paramedic I felt it was important to have a reliable AED available at all times. I am a full time RV’er and travel extensively. It’s peace of mind knowing I can still make a difference even after I retired.

Thank you for letting us know. The Philips pedi pads are currently on a manufacturer backorder. While this is out of our control, this is not the experience we want you to have. We send out backorder status emails on a regular basis and will verify your email is correct in the system. The customer service rep. was nice, listened to the entire issue, & tried to resolve all of the problems that the salesperson caused. Our small refund was ok, the extra door sticker arrived (& we've gotten it in place) and I copied out the pamphlets. Thank you. This salesperson quotes "old" sales prices; I'm not sure if this is done on purpose or not, but I would think she would have access to current pricing schedules as you are placing your order! That would be very helpful!

Pricing does change from time to time depending on manufacturer price increases, various monthly promos and supply and demand of Encore units. I was in a bind and your representatives eased my mind and arranged for a speedy delivery of an AED to our youth camp.
