The products I needed were in stock and shipped quickly
The products I needed were in stock and shipped quickly. It was great to have a tracking number for the shipments as well. I had tried to find these products elsewhere with no luck. The chat experience was great as well.

Quick problem solving
After an initial misunderstanding with the delivery of the items I purchase the company got in touch with me and work out a solution that resolve the inconvenience. Highly recommended customer service. I will work again with them.

We did not receive our complete order
We did not receive our complete order. Part of the order is on back order and we were not told this at the time we placed the order.

We take all reviews seriously and just looked at your account. The Philips Pedi pads you ordered are currently on a national manufacturer backorder. We have a notice on the product page on our website that says: "This item is on national backorder from the manufacturer. Ships as available." You will also be receiving regular backorder emails. When the supply chain issues started, we put an email system in place to keep our customers informed with information as we receive it. Even though this is out of our hands, it's still not the experience we want you to have which is also why we partially ship orders so you don't have to wait long for other lifesaving equipment. We're doing everything we can to get the product you need and to you in a timely manner. Thank you!

Highly recommend for short term AED rental

AED w/accessories and Display Case
It was conceivably a long wait, but we got the order delivered and the Veteran Center is enjoying right now! We have quite a few veterans who will be glad we have this device in our building. Thank you-Thank you-THANK YOU!
